As @Jefferson Black pointed out, furnishing a rental is a hefty ticket and the turnover can be a lot to manage (esp. if you happen to be out of state/country).

It is my training, and I will share it here for free that you need to set up a series LLC putting one property into each LLC and then a master LLC to own them all. $150 bux is not realistic my lawyers charge will be $3750 combined for all of the work.

@Tom Jensen My financial advisor recommended WLI when I was finishing up my training and going out in the real world.

Its definitely not a scam but like most training, much of the info has been posted elsewhere for free and its not cheap.

Your train of thought is a poor way of thinking.
