To tout my own profession, that is for a different client with a different need.

Ask yourself who is touting that stuff.

So, IMHO the likelihood of you needing the various protections touted by lawyers is near-zero. 

I'm always hearing the SEO / web site lead system tout their services which is self serving and not about actual leads and deals driving inbound marketing these days.  

which most get discouraged and quit  I would say 97% of those that try this give up in 6 months or less... with BP and other on line sites touting wholesaling as the way to make money when you have limited to no funds you can imagine the legions of competition that are out there trying to do the exact same thing.

Of course, the one's who tout it are also the ones who are selling it.

they buy at tax sale resell on terms.. there are a few of them trolling BP touting their systems.
