Obviously if you’ve done this before you likely have a method you prefer for dealing with these types of things.

I go inside and read my email and I have 2 emails with deliveries with a total of 3 packages.

Architecture did a design and well respected contractor estimated the buildout of 4 plex would be an additional ~800k for total project cost of ~1M. it would be ~1.2M for the 7 plex.  

Some desperate first time home buyer will totally underestimate the work and pay full fare.
