Buyer suspicious finds out through property search that seller entered into a subsequent contract one month after contract with first buyer and does so as a short sale (Second buyer recorded contract, unfortunately 1st buyer did not).  

@Lucas MachadoThen the question is when I get expenses on potential properties sometimes it comes out less than 20%   Should I be suspicious those numbers from the seller?

I recently looked at an apartment building and everything about the deal looked stellar except the HOA seemed a little suspicious (high monthly fees and very poor upkeep).  

I'm happy to have gotten it for that price but remain suspicious of the listing agent's tactics (no I am not aware of his reputation).

Suspicious Activity.. but Excessive Traffic is main point you want her to know.. wierd people,,, when she's not home....she probably knows but your letting her know your not putting up with it.Improper UseMany administrative or home-based business are allowed to operate out of a residential dwelling, but sometimes a tenant will take it too far.

But my initial question for you all is aside from the leases being out of date, is there anything on these sheets that looks suspicious or does it raise any red flags to any of you?

On the street in the past 5 years, most of the calls are suspicious behavior, noise complaints, etc with a few motor vehicle burglaries and one auto theft.

We did schedule a maintenance inspection to look for any suspicious activity and found none.  

(Again, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with any of this - but I tend to get suspicious when I find these things out on my own, rather than being told by the person involved.)
