Hi David, Certainly, if you have the time, finding suitable property that you can buy at the right price would generate the best return for you. 

They may allow first time visitors in for free, I'm not sure.  

You should seek out a salesperson who really wants to work with you, and that includes finding listings for you, he's in a much more suitable position to find you what you want than you are.
