For the past year I’ve been intrigued about REI but wasn’t sure where to start and what to do and then 9 months ago I stumbled upon this unbelievable site.

I accidentally stumbled across this information when I researched for owners of apartment buildings.

I recently stumbled upon this property that is marketed rather low then the comparable sales in the area as well as what it sold for previously.I wanted to get someone's take on this, I'm not sure if it's my eagerness to get into investing as soon as possible, or if I actually found a deal that could turn into a good first deal.I'm not sure whether to post all the information on here, or message the links so you can see first hand!

I have been reading ALOT on real estate investing ( I just finished the free beginners guide from Bigger Pockets) and actually stumble across this page when I was looking on reviews for the guru Phil Pustevojsky (no I haven't fall into any of these expensive guru traps).I have always wanted to invest in real estate but thought that I needed alot of money to start so I tried doing two different MLM business but that didn't work out so well.

I am in my mid-twenties, graduated from college almost three years ago and have been working full-time since.I found BiggerPockets thru a google search for real estate advice and I am so happy I stumbled across this amazing resource!

Once I started searching for forums to learn about real estate I immediatelly stumbled upon BP and I am impressed with the wealth of content on this site.

Thankfully, I stumbled across this site while searching for info on landlording, there seems to be a really great wealth of information and support here.Looking for some great tips as I'm trying to read as much as I can and 'learning as I go'.
