After spending several months diving into the ins and outs of the industry, I’ve decided it’s time to take the plunge and start my journey.My plan?

We introduced a new color scheme for our new construction homes.Once the exterior paint was finished, we realized that we strongly disliked the color we chose for the garage door.Easy fix, spend the money to repaint the garage door and update the color package for future homes.Hiccups like this happen every day in this industry.

The big wholesaling shops in our states are spending their own resources to actively lobby for wholesaling to prevent it from being banned.   

Come January there is no hiding things, holiday spending will declare the standing of things, and while not impossible to do, I find it hard to see how they could spin a huge reduction in holiday spending as "economy is a-ok". 

Sometimes the contractor will come in and tell you a low bid, but then once they open things up tell you you need to spend more to get it corrected because that was not in the bid.

If you're looking to add 100 potential clients to your database, chances are you already have this many (or way more) in your phone contacts, email contacts, and social media friends/followers.If your conversion rate as a new agent is .5%, you'll need 200 leads in order to close 1 deal.You should spend at least 30 mins a day as a P-T agent to generate leads.

I'd rather not spend the $$ for the granite or quartz kitchen countertops. 

Usually the increased buying power and shared expenses can help make the numbers tie out, especially when you consider getting creative with occupancy (maybe yall split time at the house and spend time elsewhere through out the year).Im seeing more and more interest from folks who are looking to do this sort of thing in tandem.

No need to do a QT unless your wanting to sell it or mortgage it.Most of my properties are owned with a tax deed and I've never bother to spend the money to do a QT.I just fixed them up and started renting them.After 10 years in SC they are cleared up without a QT.
