Large expense that will come due real quick. 2) Roof 3) Foundation/slab But not a deal breaker, just be aware....most foundation issues are not a big deal. 4) Structural - alterations to load bearing walls, cut trusses in attic, etc 5) Electrical -  Is main panel adequate?

So the tenant in my rental was complaining that the refrigerator panel where the water and ice come out would pop off occasionally, but mentioned that it wasn't a big deal because she doesn't use the water or ice.

It comes with 3 water heaters, 3 separate electric panels, however landlord pays for heat since there is only 1 furnace.

I suspect it might be allowed for me to reuse most of the boxes, outlets, switches, and lights, but would likely have to replace all the wire that was pulled behind walls as well as the main panel.
