if you deviate from one tenant to another that is where your discrimination/fair housing complaint comes in because you are make differences between different people. i.e. married vs unmarried, mixed sex or races, comfort animals, etc. 

This ensures you don't have a good tenant move in and then later add their drug-dealing boyfriend or sex offender uncle.

Found an omitted sex offender that way once.

Drunks stumbling around, sex offenders, stabbings and even now shootings in some of those neighborhoods.

Parent is squeeky clean but son is a sex offender or had a record dealing drugs.Young women (especially single moms) move into a rental and are great tenants.

I'm interested to know more about the concerns between roommates; sex assault, theft and just general bickering/fighting.
