I will also add that your lenders must be very, very green to have agreed to be in a lender position with such a high LTV and that many senior liens above them.I would advise that you clean this up and have a reasonably LTV and not 9 deeds of trust against it.

She choose not to do this and benefited from it by not having to pay tax on those funds, unfortunately, she also looses all the benefits that comes along with reporting that income to the government and one of those happens to be showing that she has been a law abiding citizen by paying what she is suppose to.

That makes it worth much less than the face value.If this were in the US, and assuming your mortgage is the most senior one (I'm guessing it may not be) and if the land is really worth $15 million (dubious about that, too), then you could foreclosure.
