I do have cordless touch tone phones, but I bet if I scoured enough antique shops I could find some rotaries...

@Cory Lucas I haven’t heard of rentometer before, which is surprising considering how many endless hours I’ve scoured biggerpockets and other forums for information.

I’ve scoured the forums and posts reading everyones suggestions for master key options and I never heard of anyone suggesting this although it’s widely available.

For finding deals, I'd recommend mailers, driving for dollars, and even scouring the MLS. 

I don't have a guide on this journey, but that doesn't stop me from scouring through every post and doing the best I can to educate myself to achieve a goal.So, inertia may be an issue for some, but if you dig a little deeper, it could also be a lack of knowledge or confidence in a very specific area which freezes someone from taking action.

Just don't make us do a whole lot of your leg work on the off market stuff.The first thing to do is scour AirBnb for listings and begin to map addresses.

Zillow does in fact scour the MLS for additional properties that are posted exclusively there much like that of Redfin.  

There are people from militant liberal/progressive media sites who scour this site looking for threads like this one.

The topkote brand stuff is pro grade and should last a long time as long as long as you don't use anything with suction cups (bathmats) and you dont clean with any abrasives (green scouring pads).

This is my first post since, after scouring BP, I haven't found a situation similar to what I'm trying to accomplish and I hope to read some creative ideas!
