Redemption includes all same prices taxpayer must pay--taxes, VALUE of preservation improvements and cost of insurance if the property contains a residential structure, VALUE of all newly placed improvements and repairs if the property is in an urban renewal or redevelopment district plus cost of insurance, all at 12% per annum interest.  

for a unique deal like this they might be more open, considering finding funding isn't as straight forward. just also be sure you have a backup plan for this property... what if they don't renew their lease at the end?

I think I've been convinced to not renew my warranty with American Home Shield.

Common fees will include a set-up fee, a leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

If my tenants have a good first year, before their notice is due, I send a renewal notice that has a 1-yr option near current market rents and a 2-yr option at slightly less, and I usually include a list of nearby rents so they can see they won’t get a better rate if they move.

Quoted prices were, between $8K and $13K + several thousand per year to maintain them (renew LLCs, registered agent services etc.).

Someone recommended not renewing to the family members as it can become an issue.

I'm a landlord and I will have a new tenant since my old tenant don’t want to renew the lease, So with this new tenant I want to use the auto-pay debit from tenant's bank account and send it to my account, in order to avoid late payments and stress.

. - I could refinance, just would be higher interest and payment but I could do that- I have a tenant in the property so I could not renew lease next year and sellOr - do nothing and wait for the seller next move hoping it doesn’t get messy.
