Ive run a couple handfuls of homes through the various calculators to get a feel, but there's no substitute for experience.  1) the city center edge, homes on the way from the airport and close to all the action (conferences, games, religious venues, etc)   These are the closest, about 35 minutes from me and not far from where I am at work regularly.  

Others get religious health insurance.Lot's of options out there.

If you *intend* to shop something you're capable of buying and performing on yourself then this is a different matter altogether.There is a comment in the thread above about this being a religious war.

Finally, avatars that make political or religious statements will not be allowed.

I always envision myself updating it religiously and modifying it as I go forward, and making sure that all my key partners receive regular versions....and ....then....I.....kinda.....peter.....out.Suggestions and examples of how you use your plan and times when it has proved beneficial for all the work you put into it would be motivating, educational and very much appreciated!! 

Swastika is considered a religious sign so realistically you cannot discriminate based on that.

Sex, race and religious orientation those are protected.

With uncertain future market conditions, it's even more important to run your numbers religiously.
