I have a rental in a C area that does extremely well and others in A locations that are slow.

This simplifying approach slowed things down and in so doing sped up my progress.

The conversion rate on direct mail is slow but when you are in a demanding market it's slower and the cash cycle could take over a year.

Other ways people have higher cash flow is higher down payment (>20%, which isn't a good option) or they were lucky and got lower interest rates.Long term rentals are more of a slow and steady income. 

That means their tithes were in many ways similar to our tax system of today i.e. those moneys/products served to allow for the ongoing operation of the government and the needy in society.

If your product is in the top 10% of what's available and you are asking the same price, it should be flying off the shelves, hopefully for over asking.
