All possible occurrences with pen and paper, but I feel like the electronics will make it more likely.I'd rather just have two printed copies, have you and the tenants sign both, they keep one, you keep one.The question you should be asking in this case is: "Why?"

The buyer does then "own" all rights to the position in the contracts, even though their name(s) aren't listed on there as the buyer (they have the assignment docs & all the disclosures that prove their ownership).But what I recommend doing is having the attorney print out an additional set of docs (with identical terms) so the new buyer can sign that set with the seller directly (sometimes some utilities require the tenant buyer to show a lease between them & the seller directly).

Hi Chris, I ended printing out a Memorandum of Contract and taking it to the San Diego County Recorders office , only to find out that San Diego county does not provision/recognize the specified document.I requested to see the listing agreement from the agent and even called her broker and they never got back to me nor did I see the listing agreement.
