Doss Docs are cheaper than Lightning Docs from Geraci and they can cater to junior lien positions and cross-collateralizations, too.

It is unreasonable to think that you will have positive cash flow if you are borrowing 80 percent.

That tells me that the lenders have a very positive outlook for first time home buyers.
