There is no reason to pay a higher rate for a llc loan 

The property manager must make a profit, otherwise there is no incentive to provide the service.

No guarantee this will continue but I see elected officials making policy mistakes that will lead to less development and that makes me believe constrained supply will continue to drive above average appreciation.John

I looked into this prior and there was no way if you are dissolving and changing tittle to the assets - what is your cpa saying ?

My buy box is C+/B- 2000 sq ft or better, no HOA, no Pool, 2.5 bathrooms or better and plenty of parking. 

Having no security deposit in place reduces friction.

I am look for affordable condos no more than $250k so I can keep the down payment low.

With that said I have some on beachfront properties for over 3 yrs with no issues, but I had issues on some on my mountain properties.
