Once you have a trusted PM and a great source of properties, it's much easier to gain momentum.

That may create some momentum for me and shake off the newbie jitters.

First one is the hardest then it's a cake walk from there once you get that momentum going. 

How can we help you build the momentum to propel you further forward? 

I was very worried about a major recession holding back our forward momentum but it seems pretty clear now that if a deal makes sense, it makes sense.

Suddenly there will be a momentum... because if one property is cash flowing (say) $4,000 a year, 6 would cash flow about $24,000... and that is enough to buy a house a year.You are already on a faster path  with Flipping - which acts as it's own spring board.  

My hurdle that I acknowledge is that I am too focused on learning and listening that I am delaying any kind of action and never starting that momentum to begin really "figuring" things out.Lastly, quick fun things about me.

Being able to understand and readily provide the building department with what they need is a skill that architects and designers must develop.
