After going through the process of finding a policy that did not kill my cash-flow, I read through the declarations page and found that the policy had a 100% co-insurance clause.

I will be looking into the local NW REIA's and would love any opportunities to provide muscle/rehab assistance/construction know-how to any other local investors who are on this same path.Thank you!

I'm not sure if that's considered wind damage, but your policy declarations should specify that.

I read the creditors and IRS take priority over tax deed holders in case where the original owner of the listed property declare bankruptcy. 1 - Which department in the county should I go to clarify all this information and previous searches? 

Fred and othersIf you get too complicated in your matters the IRS will just declare that all this stuff is solely designed to evade taxes and shut the process down and tax and fine you.  

If you have just 2013 and 2014- Tax bills, Home owners policy (just the declaration page) Mortgage statements for all home owned- Paystubs for the past 30 days and the last one from 2014.

But I would rather take a hit on my house than have to declare bankruptcy I think.
