Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costHire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

If GF is contributing to rent add her to lease after background check3) As they are not family i wont add her to the lease if she is not contributing to the rent 4) There is no way you will be able to monitor how much time she will be spending at the property , the only call you need to make is whether to add her to the lease or not .
