Texas has many, many community banks.You could also call a couple of the mobile home manufacturers, as if you were trying to buy a new unit, and ask them if they know what lenders in your state or region are comfortable lending on mobile homes?

If you're more interested in the in-fill scenario, maybe buying an old manufactured home on land and building a new spec home, then it's less the development issues above and more construction costs etc.

I am not able to make out the manufacturer or model of the shower based on any logos ( no logos). 

It is illegal to turn off the tenant's water in 99.99% of all cases, but you can talk to the Texas Manufactured Housing Association (TMHA) in Austin and they can tell you your rights as a park owner.
