@Scott Po, I would listen to @Russell Brazil.In my experience here on Bigger Pockets, he knows what he's talking about.If you were in The Burgh and told me the same thing about property values coming down significantly in the next six months, especially in my little targeted slice of the city and its near suburbs, I might wee-wee myself laughing.
