Is there a large pool of renters for the type of home you're considering?

Maybe they benefit and that's great, but a large part of valuing wealth and what it afford comes in the struggle to obtain it.

A lot of the homes that will rent for 2000 - 2500 are in much nicer areas which are the ones who have seen large increases in property values over the past years. 

I can get this to cash flow, albeit only $75 it is still cash flow and in a largely appreciation market.

Each lot is 1/2 an acre and located near 3 large golf course communities.

We charge $50 for a large pet and $25 for a small.

I would make a big profit on the appreciation and avoid a large tax bill. 

If it’s a large base you’ll need some sort of supervisor name/rank or department to get you started and it may be a bit of work.
