If you did not have a property management co. screening the tenants then you would be doing it yourself, you would be getting all that information. the PM co. works for you, they represent you, you are still the owner of the business and you can get that information if you want it.

She has a co-signer willing to sign, but I'm hesitant with her age/safety (the garden unit has a steep staircase) and with rent being $1800 is that doable for her?
