Hi @Andrew PostellThe consequences being, since the Title would be transferred, from personal to LLC, would this leave the individual vulnerable when taken to court, thus exposing the investor and thereby not being adequately protected by the LLC structure?

@Scott MacI get your just thinking out loud but there was very limited impact to any homes and the only apt that was torched was one under construction and vulnerable so your view/understanding from 1,135 miles away isn't a very good one.
