@Andrew PostellAnd that doesn’t include breaking down contractors labor charges ... which can be extremely vague and the bid is generally totally inclusive... aren’t usually broken down into neat categories.

@Juan MendozaBefore you go into any new area, you'd want to know a number of things (not all inclusive, more to give you sense of direction)1) have the city population been increasing lately2) have the job market being on the rise3) does the place have infrastructure in place4) are there at least two or more large  and permanent (important) employers in town5) how far/close is it to the major MSA6) crime rates in the areaAgain, this is to give you a high level guidance.
