It’s the downtown area it’s pretty rough. the hot spots in Corpus Christi is the South side anything south of highway 286 it’s good.

A beginner investor doesn't really know what they are getting into despite how many books and forum posts they read.Also, the mid-west is an investing hot spot and much of the region has seen incredible growth in value and rents over the last couple of years.
