Regardless build a schedule so you do everything you need to get leads and produce deals

There's actually quite a few investors interested in good producing properties to buy in bulk. 

The CF houses don’t really appreciate much, and their job is to produce cash flow.   

This feels excessive for wanting a passthrough corporation out of Wyoming and a local llc in Illinois where I work and produce income as self employed.

The first and most important answer to this is you're shifting any liability by not being directly involved.The second thing is do the math on what your time could produce net versus if you paid someone to do that & you work more.

So, if you aren't producing then you are costing them money being on their books normally.As mentioned, plenty of agents, and other vendors, on BP are pretty bad, too... 

With time, the house hack has the potential to produce significant wealth.  

You need to assess what you are trying to achieve and what paths will produce the opportunities to get you there.

If someone is legit they can produce numbers otherwise...
