Everything documented all the time for clarity and transparency.Same.....Has been a HoltonWise company policy for over 10 years. 

We have a policy we meet all our borrowers on site to shake their hand and walk the property before issuing a term sheet.

I’ve seen cases where landlords assumed they were covered, only to find out they needed a specific landlord policy.

For example, The Public Information Act (PIA) allows citizens to inspect or copy government records, including water bills in Texas.

These local governments are all absolutely terrible.  

Ever since then, in my opinion, the level of incompetence and back room dealings that have been exposed in our city government has been pretty disappointing.
