Do I quitclaim back into the original LLC or create new LLC as folks could follow chain of title pretty easily.  

It's full of dings, dents, scratches (I live in South Philly, nothing but street parking), missing a hub cap, and its in "crap gold" color.

The property has a chain link fence spanning the whole frontage of the property and the lot is in contract.

Letter indicating cease and desist its trespass, talk to your lawyer, no trespass sign, and big rocks or posts and a heavy chain strung between them.

Once you receive collateral file you can go through it to make sure all paper work is valid and there (chain of title etc).

@George Blower Thanks to you as well, however, I am curious if "metals" factor in such precious metals as gold, silver, platinum, etc?

That makes it that much tougher to get deals but when they’re had they’re good as gold.
