" which I did, and he agreed to pay..................as I've stated to you before anything other is simply poor business practice. thank you for your input

Thats kind of the beauty of thes exchanges.. you get to reposition your capital, ideally in a property that ticks more of the boxes you need.Now, thinking about older buildings.. some folks underestimate how well older properties can hold up if they’re in a good location.

And location makes a huge difference. in Markets that dont move much in value then door count can be critical but in markets where prices may have 2X to 3X over the last say 15 years door counts are not as critical to net worth .
