I actually keep my broker checking with one company to see when they are taking more policies in my zip code because they have great rates and coverage.

@Caleb L.I would say it is fine, so long as your job is not just to find a property for an investor by middle man communications between a broker and the investor for a small payment (pretty much what a broker does).

Once this is all done, I'd also report the broker and both agents to the real estate board.

pretty sure in most any state the listing agent would be in Deep Trouble.. your recourse is to the Broker of the listing agents firm.. 

Credit - Ofc, the better shape your credit is in the better the terms.Overall, max is usually 25% and min is usually 10% being most aggressive.Talk with a few different lenders and brokers to see different people's requirements.

1st check your state law regarding wholesaling.2nd- As a real estate broker you are an independent contractor.
