@Caleb L.I would say it is fine, so long as your job is not just to find a property for an investor by middle man communications between a broker and the investor for a small payment (pretty much what a broker does).

pretty sure in most any state the listing agent would be in Deep Trouble.. your recourse is to the Broker of the listing agents firm..

Credit - Ofc, the better shape your credit is in the better the terms.Overall, max is usually 25% and min is usually 10% being most aggressive.Talk with a few different lenders and brokers to see different people's requirements.
