You will probably have to play with it a little bit since you’re not currently buying it but you can put in a current price and the mortgage of the $33K+/- it was, I’ve forgotten and the post won’t let me go back and look, and then you can go through the whole worksheet and calculate your taxes and expenses and see what each option gives you.
