Thanks Christie, I have not gathered enough information about Indy market, but I would appreciate if you can provide some deals to get a flavor of your city. 

I'm looking for volume data, however most of what I'm finding is either market growth statics or market size in $$.Any tips on where to look or favorite websites for this type of info?

I've listened to tons of BP podcasts in the last few weeks, probably 40+ hours while I walk my dog each day :) And I've pored over the Beginner's Guide as well as several books in @Brandon Turner's recommended list - "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" by @David Greene is probably my favorite.
