I accept a lot of those issues are both self induced and partially inherit.

Back then, I never closely thought about Ned’s exercise and nutrition habits, but when I look back at it now, they were far from ideal.

But if you exercise your right to have your own counsel, it has to be at your own expense.

No matter what I think it is worth pursuing even if its just an exercise in learning. 

If the borrower defaults, the lender exercises the power of sale in the security deed, and auctions the property to satisfy the debt.
