An attorney can't review a contract to the level that I would expect unless I shell out the big bucks.2 She can endorse a contract that she has put together or that is standard and widely used.

I don't endorse anyone's book, no need to cause a run on orders for anyone (which might happen, not that it would).

Endorsements of a RMLO by anyone should consider that endorsement a little deeper, the endorser's financial compliance experience and underwriting knowledge need to be part of that assessment. 

BP does not endorse any of these groups; many of them are attended by multiple BP members. 

I always get a new policy.. in the day we did 104.1` endorsements. 

Well guess what If I pay 450 for a year’s membership and get a few questionable endorsements only after 3 years in business …..I would get an A+ too…… My gut is usually correct and this has the smell of a scam that will wreck your credit rating based on credit cards……Borrow from legitimate financial people who have been in business for at least 10 years, there is no free lunch.

I do have one company, out of dozens, that will use the Homeowners (HO3) form and add an endorsement to allow for the 100% tenant occupancy. 

Additionally... if you wanted to get creative (as long as it is legal) - put a clause in the lease stating the influencer posts a glowing endorsement of your real estate business 1x every 3 months. :)

While a Direct Endorser underwrites it's own files and has minimal guide lines. 

Great way you can find what lenders are doing 203k's in your market is by googling "203k endorsement summary" and scrolling down to the most recent month, and then going through the notepad file to see which companies are doing them in your market.
