I hope you're good at snaking drains, fixing electrical, fixing water leaks, etc...at 4am and on Holidays (don't make family plans). 

Certain repairs include $100 to unclog 2 drains, and $125 for a garage door wheel replacement.

We have a SFH that has been having a number of minor plumbing problems, and now we have uncovered that one of the major drain lines (cast iron) has deteriorated and will need to be repaired.

The picture showing the downspout draining at the corner of the structure and not being directed away supports this.

If the layout allows, you can easily build a kitchen taking advantage of the existing bathroom pipes/drains. 

Fellow Investors,My rental unit has a floor drain that is slightly backed up.

One contractor doing jobs all over town did a shower for me, all the water flowed away from the drain and it leaked inside the wall. 

Call drain cleaner and ask them what it costs to snake a drain.

I don't know if gnats are a symptom of anything in the house except leaving the screens open or drains needing to be flushed (vinegar/ammonia).
