Also, where there any lesson’s learned during that long distant deal?

It’s vital to know if there’s some sort of deficiency judgement against the property for unpaid taxes, a builder’s lien, a distant relative who might have legal ownership rights, etc, etc.

@Angela Li I highly doubt that area around Encore will become an Assembly pt2 because of its distant to assembly, they are just too close. 

I’ve got young kids etc and well I’ll speculate about real estate all day but I’m gonna wanna stay distant ish with the rapture etc.
