I have seen old septic systems consist of an old car body for the tank and field all rolled into one (BTW cars rust away and the whole thing caves in - also provides zero treatment and discharges raw sewage to the groundwater) Proximity to a well is important.

For lending discussion purposes, both my business partner and I are Army Veterans, me with an honorable discharge after 7 years active, and my business partner who is 20 years National Guard and still going.

It is surprisingly common how often a review of the court file reveals a fatal error made be the complaining party such as; improper Service of the Summons and Complaint, Statute of Limitations, violations of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Lack of Standing, Past Payment of the Debt -in Part or in Full,  Fraudulent Claim of Debt, Actual Discharge in Bankruptcy, Mistaken Identity, etc.   

Did borrower get a BK discharge in the past?

Also wonder if even though the most recent mortgages didn't include the right metes and bounds, was the mortgage from 20 yrs ago discharged from all the lots, or still encumbers the one with the house on it?

@jay wright, 5th 3rd does them also but need a minimum credit score of 660 and 4 years from bankruptcy discharge.

Will the bankruptcy of her business discharge the promissory note we have from her?
