I'm not disagreeing with Jason here, as that may be in GA (it's a strange state, lol) but....Here, when a double closing was done, they are two closings, the first a-b and the second b-c, if they are scheduled 30 minutes apart, c is in the waiting room reading a magazine while a and b and already in the closing room, they close and the closing docs are placed in a folder and a leaves with their copies.

You are entitled at the very least to get free copies of your reports annually from each of the major bureaus.I respectfully disagree with the person who said that disputing items with the credit bureaus is a complete waste of time.

I don't think I have ever disagreed with Steven before, but if the property is titled in the name of the trust, rents need to be paid to the trust, passing through the trust to the beneficiary.

Republicans vote on Nov. 9th....Yes, I know, and you and I can agree to disagree, my gut feeling, overall will be to stay on the track we are, it is slow but deregulation, increasing military spending, reducing taxes, doing away with programs (vs mofifications) and doing away with health issues just isn't the way I see things.
