I decorate my places like Hugh Hefner decorated his mansion. 

I charge $600 a week for a 3BR house with a washer/dryer full kitchen and decorated like Hefner's Mansion. 

I’ve helped friends and family with decorating and updates and all that and they’ve said that I had a gift for taking drab outdated looking things and bringing them back to life, so I think it’s time that I do what I really want to do and get started in the real estate business and start flipping houses and eventually work up to renting some as well!

The pictures posted the property looking pretty descent and the RV is real..its covered in decorative shells and looks like junk but it's there.

A lot will depend on the decor and other factors.

I am not sure whether students prefer pre-decorated property (i.e. existing bed frames, mattresses, desk, lamp, carpet, so on) or would rather bring their own.
