I know you guys are very knowledgable and would be so great if you can just lend me some words of wisdom.As for the court house auctions -- how do I check out all the outstanding liens without paying an arm/leg to the title insurance company and in case I did not even win the bid, I would have lost a few hundred dollars just for doing a title search?

Whelp,I'm taking on my first building project :idea: Now,I'm young (just turned 20)...and in the past year, and initial year I've been investing in real estate.....its been damn good for me, flipped 3 new constructions before they were built and actually never made a single payment (except a few on the last one), w/o using ANY liquidity.

The site content seems to be outstanding as far as content for new & seasoned investors but some of the message board threads go months between replies.Then I notice that a lot of the posts come from Prohabber and Biggerpo, who in my opinion appear to be knowledgeable, unselfish investors.

I have seen builders who are in a backward cash position and use the funds from "Deal B" to pay the outstanding bills for "Deal A."
