Yes you can sell a fire damaged property and keep the insurance money.

Sure you have the right to sue for damages but that's it. 

We recently bought a property that we have found out within the first few weeks of owning it that is has VERY SERIOUS drainage and humidity issues and lots of previous water damage that the sellers did not disclose.

Only if you can prove monetary damages due to negligence or fraud.

My first road block is getting financing with decent rates.

Still not 100% certain there is no damage to any of them, but so far it seems all is good.

I'm exploring all options at this point including finishing the home with other builders, as well as selling what has been built (slab and block walls of a single family home 4 bed 3 bath) to another builder or investor.Does anyone have any recommendations on where to look for potential buyers for something like this?
