I would suggest to build online website having a clear online presence It is imperative to maintain a successful online presence for your real estate business.

@Tyler Clark I'd expand your social media presence online, and be intentional with who you follow. 

No family or friends should be allowed to remove any items or be there without your presence. 

I've composed a list of pros and cons of moving vs not moving. 

I read on a different forum that the presence of a property manager negates any work I might do.

Below are some of the issues that I find when the books are done.1) People improperly record mortgage payments as an expense even though mortgage payments are composed of loan paydown, mortgage interest and escrow payments2) Closing statements are improperly recorded3) The balance sheet hardly ever shows security deposit transfers4) PM monthly statements are hardly ever recorded properly.I do the books for my own real estate company - feel free to take a look at how they look.

Perhaps that could be due to the military presence and college students?

@Meaghan SimonichThe different pain points vary from commercial type.Retail- Depending on if it essential, a lot of retailers are begging for rent decreases or can't pay at all right now, and for retailers that do not have a internet presence, it is making it tougher to compete.Self Storage- Keeping the site updated -security, more automated features for tenants (Pay by app/kiosk, automatic gates, maybe more amenities on site (wash station, air hoses, etc.)Industrial- Longer lead time to find good tenant.I wish I could comment more on some of the additional commercial classes, but these are the only ones I have experience with.
