This is NJ where competition is tough.

I’ll definitely be more assertive with this strategy, as it's important for us to stand out positively among the competition by offering a high-quality service that really makes a difference. 

Wholesaling is competitive and expensive.

Additionally, I personally like the Northeast market, much less competition since people interpret the tenant friendly aspect as more challenging, but with that comes less competition.

I feel like New Hampshire has to be much less competitive from a competing with other bookings standpoint than Florida. 

This isn't the best way for a few reasons, but it will show you the competition in the area.

There is a ton of saturation in the cbus market not only here on this platform but with investors in general, its a hot, competitive market, but that also means there are a huge number of garbage operators too, so do your due diligence on who you listen too, but again I can't say enough good things about tommy.  

This is hugely problematic for the “speed” aspect of BRRRR investing—drastically slowing down the returns and velocity of capital for BRRRR investors using conventional loans.Portfolio lenders are another option, and they typically offer competitive rates and fees as well.

Most of these options will have either no PPP (especially for rehab loans) or adjustable PPP's so you can tailor the loan to your strategy.For long terms loans PML's and traditional can be quite competitive, but I'd say that the main advantage for traditional would come in long-term loans for commercial properties.
