I'll keep everyone in the loop if we end up going that route, and in the next month or two the Compass Offices in Seattle (westlake), Tacoma, and Bellevue will all be opening up again and we have some great spaces available there as well!

I'm not as concerned which direction your moral compass points as I am in deviations and inconsistency.

If the seller is not doing right by the people they deal with, it is not your responsibility to be their moral compass and enforcer.
