Once that property is sold, it's generally not too difficult to command similar prices for the other rehabs, and the appraisals get easier and easier with each sale (as you get more comps in that price range).We sold a house a couple months ago where 3 of the 5 comps were our previously rehabbed properties

I am guessing 30-year fixed notes have an average duration of 7 or so years, but I would have to do the math and research to know for sure.If you hold the instrument to maturity this really doesn't matter at all so I suspect that ITV is the dominating factor for why partials would command a smaller discount than purchasing a whole note.
