The self dealing aspect is what gives Real Estate agents a "bad image" ( I could have used more colorful language but out of respect did not).  

Also paint that backwall something to compliment the sideing color.

I also like it because it gives you a preview of the article and you can invert the text color so it's easier on the eyes.

Color on the trim of the house would help a lot. 

I was there last week doing some work and I did notice some dark colored dog hair along with the yellow lab hair on the white tile.
