@Yuvaraj Vimawala I can get a new AC system with new duct work installed here from one of my guys for under $4,500.I have a great handyman that would install the window unit quickly.They make portable units that the tenant could plug in and stick the exhaust hose out the window easily.

You should have a claim if the inspector did not detect that the duct work was not actually ran to the addition.
