I've seen some clever blinds and lattice corrals for trash and recycling cans.Is that door to the concrete pad with no purpose a kitchen door?

This is about being clever and that comes with experience, but most of all it comes with attitude and work effort.

However, I did just watch a vlog on youtube about this and clever investors stated if you are concerned about the seller or buyer knowing how much you making off the deal a double close would be the better option.

That's a lot of mattresses, linens, towels, etc!!

This tenant is extremely clever, she knows the system so she has avoided every single notice I had sent her in one year lease like 5 day notice, 10 days notice, not mowing the grass, etc.I am re shelving my lease.

I would then submit both offers at once and start the negotiations, hopefully with some sort of seller financing.Anyone have other clever ideas for a package deal like this?
